Clinic for general medicine and addiction medicine

Welcome to Praxis Lyonn. Together with my team, I welcome you to my clinic for general medicine and addiction medicine. We see ourselves primarily as a general medicine practice, and particularly care for the needs of people with illicit substance use and addiction. Our doors are open to everyone, who comes to us for medical care, with respect and tolerance towards all human beings, especially those who are often disregarded by the general society because of their substance abuse.

We cooperate with Notdienst Berlin e.V. in mutual rooms and jointly operate the A.I.D. Berlin (Ambulanz für Integrierte Drogenhilfe = clinic for integrated addiction treatment), the first Berlin outpatient clinic of its kind.

We are moving to Berlin-Spandau in Summer 2023

We are very excited to have finally found a new permanent location for our clinic, and we will be moving to the district of Berlin-Spandau this Summer, 2023. Our new clinic will be located just 3-4 minutes walking distance from Spandau central train station (Bahnhof Spandau) with access to regular trains and S-Bahn, as well as close to Rathaus Spandau subway station (U-Bahnhof Rathaus Spandau, U7). We welcome interested patients to schedule a preliminary appointment already now.

A total of 3 general practitioners and one resident general practitioner make their medical knowledge and experience available to you. We offer diagnostic evaluation and treatment, as well as preventive healthcare services.

Our primary treatment focus is our specialization in Addiction Medicine, the main emphasis being in opioid substitution treatment, that is, prescribing legal substances instead of illegal opiates and opioids as central to our therapeutic approach.
