Clinic for general medicine and addiction medicine

Welcome to Praxis Lyonn. Together with my team, I welcome you to my clinic for general medicine and addiction medicine. We see ourselves primarily as a general medicine practice, and particularly care for the needs of people with illicit substance use and addiction. Our doors are open to everyone, who comes to us for medical care, with respect and tolerance towards all human beings, especially those who are often disregarded by the general society because of their substance abuse.

We cooperate with Notdienst Berlin e.V. in mutual rooms and jointly operate the A.I.D. Berlin (Ambulanz für Integrierte Drogenhilfe = clinic for integrated addiction treatment), the first Berlin outpatient clinic of its kind.

From October 2nd, 2023 in Spandau

We are finally moving, and we are looking forward to welcoming you as of October 2nd, 2023 in Galenstr. 6, 13597 Berlin Spandau, easy to reach from Bahnhof Spandau and U-Bahnhof Rathaus Spandau. The entrance is on the left side of the red one story building. From September 27th to October 1st you can reach us on our mobile number: 0173 / 321 5591. We are very excited!

Moving to Berlin Spandau, Galenstr. 6, 13597 Berlin (from October 2nd, 2023)

We will be moving to the district of Berlin-Spandau the end of September, 2023 and we will be opening on Monday, October 2nd, 2023. Our new clinic is located just 3-4 minutes walking distance from Spandau central train station (Bahnhof Spandau) with access to regular trains and S-Bahn, as well as close to Rathaus Spandau subway station (U-Bahnhof Rathaus Spandau, U7). We welcome interested patients to schedule a preliminary appointment already now. From Wednesday, September 27th to Sunday, October 1st, 2023 we will open our current clinic in Fröbelstr. 15 only for dispensing and emergencies, we won't offer regular consultation hours.

Our primary treatment focus is our specialization in Addiction Medicine, the main emphasis being in opioid substitution treatment, that is, prescribing legal substances instead of illegal opiates and opioids as central to our therapeutic approach.
