On September 8th, 2025 we opened our new diamorphine outpatient clinic "diaLotus" within our established practice premises in Spandau. If you think diamorphine substitution therapy might be an option for you, we would be happy to inform you about it. The most important requirements are: (1) Opioid addiction for at least two years (2) Previous substitution therapy unsatisfactory (Other drug use, injection use) (3) At least 6 months in substitution therapy (4) At least 23 years old, or from 18 years under special conditions (5) Counseling is mandatory at the start of treatment
