Practice for Addiction Medicine, General Medicine, and Psychiatry
Welcome to Praxis Lyonn. We see ourselves primarily as a general practice that specifically addresses the needs of people with substance use and addiction experiences. We welcome everyone seeking our general medical care, with tolerance and respect, including those who are often less respected by society due to their addiction.

We offer comprehensive general and addiction medical care, with a focus on opioid substitution and diamorphine substitution.
If you are already a patient at our practice or have an acute illness, you can simply come in without an appointment up to 30 minutes before the end of our daily office hours. To be admitted to the substitution program or for consultations regarding addiction medicine, please schedule an appointment by phone, email, or via our online form.
