Diamorphine clinic “diaLotus” now open
We now offer diamorphine-assisted substitution treatment at our established practice in Berlin-Spandau.
On 8 September 2025, we opened our diamorphine clinic “diaLotus” within our established practice in Spandau. This expands our addiction-medicine services with a treatment option for people for whom conventional substitution therapy has not worked well enough. If you think diamorphine-assisted treatment might be an option for you, we would be glad to inform you about the admission process.
Key requirements
We will determine whether admission is possible during a personal consultation.
Minimum age of 18
Opioid dependence for at least 2 years
At least 6 months of total time in conventional substitution treatment
Significant health, psychological, or social consequences of the condition, as well as unsuccessful or insufficient prior treatment with other substitution medications
